Inspired by the fashion of the LA hipsters (having spent some time in Los Angeles in 2008) and her love of design and making,
Lynne Baillie noticed a gap in the Irish market for good quality fashionable hair accessories and decided to set up ASTRID.
 
Everything ASTRID sells is handmade and individually created by Lynne. By looking at any of the beautiful ASTRID hair accessories, you will instantly notice the high quality and attention to detail that makes them stand out.
Time and care is spent in making each and every piece and it shows.
Along with day to day wear, Lynne also commonly makes custom pieces for special occasions. Whether you’re a bride or bridesmaid, mother of the bride/groom or wedding guest, going to the races or want to be belle of the ball, ASTRID can make you something spectacular that nobody else will have.
